Dr. Amelia Kenyon is the founder of DRK Consulting, a long-term care and allied health consulting firm built on a simple but critical observation: education in long-term care and assisted living facilities is often inconsistent, fragmented, and reactive. Throughout her career in nursing leadership and education, Dr. Kenyon repeatedly saw the same pattern—staff were dedicated and willing to learn, yet lacked structured, compliant, and role-appropriate education to truly support quality care and regulatory success.

Recognizing the direct connection between education gaps, survey deficiencies, and resident outcomes, Dr. Kenyon founded DRK Consulting to bridge that gap.
