She specializes in evaluating nursing standards of care, clinical documentation, and compliance within CMS-regulated environments, particularly in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and group home settings. Her background includes extensive experience in dementia care, staff training, quality assurance, and competency development.
In addition to her legal consulting work, Dr. Kenyon is a recognized educator in dementia care and the developer of THE LISTEN Method™, a practical framework designed to help caregivers understand behaviors, improve communication, and deliver more effective, person-centered care.
Dr. Kenyon is known for her direct, evidence-based approach and her ability to clearly translate complex clinical issues into actionable insight—whether working with attorneys on legal cases or training caregivers and healthcare teams.

At DRK Consulting LLC, our team is fully prepared to support clients with both clinical expertise and operational insight. Our nurse consultants bring extensive hands-on experience working directly with patients across long-term care settings, including skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), where they understand the complexities of care delivery, compliance, and documentation. This clinical foundation is complemented by a strong administrative team with deep experience in healthcare operations, education, and regulatory processes, allowing us to approach every engagement with a well-rounded, practical perspective that supports both frontline staff and leadership.
