THE LISTEN METHOD™ Dementia Care Specialist Certification is an 8-hour professional development course designed to give caregivers and healthcare staff practical, real-world skills for managing dementia-related behaviors with confidence and clarity.
This course moves beyond theory and focuses on what caregivers actually face every day—confusion, resistance, agitation, and communication breakdowns. Using the THE LISTEN METHOD™ framework, learners will gain a structured, easy-to-follow approach to understanding behavior, identifying unmet needs, and responding in a way that reduces escalation and improves outcomes.
